Maintenance and storage eKo yoga mat

It is important to always turn it from the outer side to the outside - this way you prevent the mat from bending.

Do not expose the mat to direct sunlight, do not leave it in a hot and dry place, do not leave it in the car in the sun (this applies to all yoga mats).

After practicing yoga, when the yoga mat is wet and damp from sweat or water, it is essential to dry the mat before you bend it. Spread the mat on the floor or hang it to dry completely, and only then bend it.

Cleaning eKo yoga mat

Manduka yoga mats from the eKo series (these are yoga mats made of natural rubber) clean with cold water. It is recommended to use a mixture of 50/50 water and apple cider vinegar. Even better if you use a cleaner for yoga mats from natural rubber. Then you need to dry it well.

Manduka EKo Lite yoga mat never wash in a washing machine, shower or vacuum. Do not use any soaps or detergents!
